Timeline:
So, here’s the order I’m envisioning. Each diet will last a month. I’m going to start “easy” and transition in steps to the more radical changes.
May: Vegetarian
June: Vegan
July: Gluten-Free
August: Raw Foods
September: Paleo-Diet
Beyond that, I don’t know. Do you have any suggestions?

I’m a vegetarian that sometimes does raw foods (getting off a 2 week raw food diet now). I wish you luck! Very courageous of you to try.
